The downloadable version of the program is not available now. The download program is undergoing revisions to enable it to be downloaded for Windows 10. It will be abailable soon.

In addition, I will probably stop supporting windows XP. There is still a version for Windows 7, but that is off-line right now undergoing revisions to the code.
